I Don't Know Art But I Know What I Like

My very dear sweet cousin said to me once “I don’t know much about art but I know what I like.” This was in reaction to abstract paintings she saw in a museum.  I’ve heard that phrase so often before so I decided to create a painting based on that phrase. I gathered together some of my most favorite abstract painters in a gallery on canvas. In this gallery though, cute Oaxacan wood carvings, wearing Zapotec “clothing” walk shyly through the space.
